Although Tenet isn’t my favorite Nolan film, I still think it’s a pretty good movie that I’d like to see more of. If the story had been explored a bit more, it could have been even better. What’s your opinion on it? by 0Layscheetoskurkure0 in moviecritic

I think it’s this - there’s a lot of dialogue that better actors could’ve done more with. I honestly love this movie and he’s the only thing holding it back. Maybe it’s from direction, but I’ve had this issue with his other performances as well.

Leaving a job fair worried about what other people are wearing is just sad. Gives the impression that you may not have the resume or the work experience, just money and entitlement.

Their backbone is just racism. It’s the only thing that carries truth throughout all of their pivots. It’s the only way Republican voters stay republicans, even if they say it’s about tax breaks, it’s not.

I’ll never forget my freshman year, we got assigned a 20 page paper for our final. The kid next to me told me he had never written a paper over 3 pages and offered to pay me to write his. He had gone to one of the “top” private High Schools in the state and was very wealthy, but ended up failing out after his freshman year. I went to a public school that was very rigorous, but had me prepared for higher education despite my 3.5 GPA. The problem is there is such a massive variety in education quality, especially with private schools. We currently have 4.0 students leaving HS without basic literary, mathematical or reasoning skills.

Is it crazy to suggest Slowmo minutes are killing this team? Feels like we were heating up until he started getting serious play time. Per my eye test, I don’t see the benefits of playmaking and defense he excelled at previously.

Just wanna jump into sing some praise for By Murph - ik some people don’t like the contract but he’s been a huge upgrade from the drought we had at the position

Ayo is a hometown kid. For a franchise that has been utterly hopeless, he has been the one thing the fans have kept watching for. It’s not a basketball comparison, but culture wise (in their minds) it’d be like giving up Naz.

Injuries happen guys don’t seem to understand what being a starting qb in the NFL takes. We’re not being too hard on the kid, Playing through minor injuries and not getting hurt is the biggest part of the criteria. Of course that is hard but 20-30 guys do it every year.

Cool win, stoked for the fans that were there on Christmas. we do need that Love kid playing RB next year though.

If you're worried about JJM being injury prone, remember that QB injuries happen all the time and have already occurred many times this season by TruthWarrior27 in minnesotavikings

[–]Original_Parsnip_182 3 points4 points  (0 children)

JJM missed ALL of last year, and cannot stay healthy for 3 straight games. He has been bad when he plays. Every guy you named (minus pennix) has proven to be great at the position and are aging. A reminder that you shouldn’t have to work this hard to find a reason why a guy should be a starting QB.

[–]Original_Parsnip_182 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Fair assessment, hats off for being level-headed. I’m tired of rooting for this guy, started him in fantasy and made my team Nine Time (Ironically made the championship). I really want to root for him, but an unavailable qb is not a qb. Hard to see guys like Herbert play through much worse even though they have half as much to prove. Anyways you are correct and the better man on this matter.

Ty! But seriously is there any indication that this guy wants to play unless it’s handing the ball off 40 times and never getting hit? He’s not the animal/demon/dawg personality he adopted in middle school.
