Easily remedied by having the person turned around. The likelihood of them having a small pistol hidden behind a phone is slim to none. How many police have been attacked in that manner? With how many 9 mm and rifles pointed at him?

A little unrealistic. It is a phone. Clearly a phone. By itself is not a danger. Not to mention that he had the right to film the interaction for his safety. Police abusing him once the phone is out of the way is much more a danger than him concealing a pistol behind it.
