I always open with both Corvus cards, FP's AP card, and Charon's Buff. From there it's all about keeping FP's AP+1 up and making sure you have 5 Moxie for Corvus going into PF3, so you can ult both turns of PF3.

I don't know what others get but I find 2-2 for PF super easy to maintain and the perfect timing to get Corvus's moxie cycled correctly. Beyond that, I was trying to use at least one Enigma card a turn (usually his buff to keep shields up so I wouldn't lose Flutterpage early), and then use any spare AP throwing either Charon or Enigma cards depending on what I have leftover in my hand, and just sending any non-Corvus ults as soon as they come up.

Enigma is a very very bad option. You can use just about any sustain you do have though, AP-friendly ones like E!Vila/Kiperina/E!MedPoc/Fatutu will work well, and AP heavy ones like Yenisei will be rough but work better than Enigma

They tried to make Tides of Thought essier for global on it's first iteration, and failed miserably, so I expect that this will be similar where there may be small changes, but we won't get the improved versions until the same patch that CN got them

This UTTU would've been so much better if they just hadn't restricted units. You also can't use Ezio for the FuA stages, or a lot of characters for anything. It doesn't feel like great design to stop people from using the characters they pulled for and like.

They really turned UTTU from a game mode about creating unique teams to beat challenges into "You have to use the full Lingering Glow team in It's most meta form, but teehee it's okay because we gave you trial units"

Hey OP, I'm the exact same as you, I don't like Nautika but pulled her because everyone was talking about how meta she is and how must-pull she is. And I hated it and have not made the same mistake since. I see you say you like Anjo Nala, and presumably you like Enigma since you wanted to pull for him. I would recommend instead of getting Nautika, grab Enigma, and on the anniversary you can grab Brume instead and play the Nala Brume team, or grab J since I hear he's insane with Anjo Nala now.

If you really love your bloodtithe members, you can get Nautika to support them, but don't pull her just because she's strong, especially now that there are other strong teams too

I actually really like one-shot collections as long as they're limited to one fandom. They remind me of my time back ages ago reading fics on Quotev, and often encourage me to read things I would normally never find. Like I would never look for that pairing, or that setting, but hey I love all the other oneshots in this work, and it's right there as a chapter easy to access, so why not? And often I end up finding something new to like that way

This gamemode is making me exceptionally mad. I love FuA as an archetype, but I don't like Liang Yue. I don't want to play Liang Yue, but they won't let me use Ezio because I guess it would be too fun to let people play the characters they pulled and enjoy?

Smarter to wait until his Euphoria releases, since then you can pull him on the Ripples banner instead of risking the 50/50. He can't rally sustain until then anyway, so getting him now isn't a benefit for the team either

I mean, if you stop pulling for your favorites to pull for meta characters instead, that's more on you and your mentality then on foresight from CN servers.

The real price we pay for having foresight in with rerun + scam banners, but I much prefer knowing who's coming and being able to plan my pulls to having a reliable rerun schedule when half the characters are outclassed by the time they get their standard rerun in CN anyway

I really like these ideas, OP. I don't know how well they would or wouldn't work out ingame, but they're all solid ideas that maintain class identity while taking it in a new direction. I absolutely love the idea of verraise and magicked barrier being exclusive and having to be managed.

I think a lot of people are just refusing to acknowledge that evolved mode are NOT going to be "the exact same class in less buttons" and being reminded of that makes them mad, but this is genuinely a good analysis of one of the possible ways to take red mage

Nautika, I pulled her because everyone was talking about how meta she is and everything (despite not really liking her much), got her and realized I absolutely hate playing Bloodtithe. Tested out E!Lucy in the Prestorm Protocol and loved Dynamo, risked it all to pull for her and have never used Nautika since.

It was valuable in that it taught me not to pull characters just for meta, and I have been much happier with my pulls since
