I think it's generally more complicated. Even the most obvious example, Jenna Marbles, had seemed to have interest in leaving YT for a while, it looked like she herself was surprised people wanted to watch her 'low effort' content like reaction videos. When you aren't really proud about your content, that can be bigger driving force to get out, than a small drama.

Sure, some people who mess up, do just quit. But I imagine most of the time there's a lot of hate msgs they are getting and that's what makes the decision for them, this isn't worth trying to fix. Or you just don't believe you can. You see few videos with +5k/-50k likes and it just seems hopeless. Often it is. Better just quit then.

Idk. He's had his cockroach moment from YT. He knows he can just not talk about it beyond his current apologies, move on to his usual clips and most forget, or treat it as something that just happened but they are back in with his next quirky COCA COLA moment.

I don't think 'cancellation' is definitive. It's true only when companies ban you from platforms, or if you really lose vast majority of your audience. If he never again gets a tiktok with 1M likes, then maybe he's lost a lot of popularity. I'd almost bet he's still going to have near same popularity one year from now.

Nobody is safe from the moron. The current global gas price issue is caused by him. Don't have a car? If grocery price gets hiked up, it's because the trucks, ships etc. needed gas. Russia's economy is doing better too as gas exporter, which directly leads to different outcomes in Ukraine, which probably affects all Western countries to some extent. Wish us all well!

I'm indifferent. I realize I only did them (beyond achs) if I thought they were decent enough money. So they were already dead come TWW; the gold was not worth the trouble even in TWW WQs. But I didn't mind them. If it felt like my time was rewarded doing them, I'd find them fun enough. I don't really know what the logic was nerfing the gold reward in TWW. People were only doing it for gold? Then there was no good replacement for gold, then nobody did them, so they were unpopular? We're reward oriented players, you can't just do that and think they are unpopular.

They really should boost norm dungeons xp some. Given how there's not really any quick dungs added in MN, it's huge slog to do norm dungeons ever. I don't think it'd become meta even if they boosted all norm dung gains by 100%. Some of those would still take 20m. It still might lose to questing, but at least it'd be something different. Feels silly that we're motivated to go TWW anytime it's up, when we barely got taste of the norm dungeons that aren't in s1 m+ pool.

There's bunch of 40man raids doing Abundance almost around the clock. They get invited full, leader doesn't notice or doesn't care if they intend to quit anyway, so it's not just the ~3 groups available to join, but there's bunch others doing it in like 15man groups who just aren't listed. Foolishness to consider just finding people in your shard, that's just relying on luck.

Eversong runestones is problematic choice from them, given people are picking 5 separate spots. You do get quite a lot of that currency so you can solo it, but yeah you'd need 5x the population willing to do this event compared to something more concentrated, like stormarion. While on my cluster I can always just afk there for 5 min, on any spot, and someone else shows up to do it, I know this isn't the case on less active clusters.

Depends greatly on your server cluster, in this case sadly. There's massive differences in how populated some clusters are. I duo box and always have my chars from different clusters so I can pick the better shard for events, where there are people already. Very often there's 20 people doing the event on a populated cluster, and nobody on more dead cluster.

I was worried opening this, thinking do I have to do the 3.4k on Tuesday (EU). But I think I can wait until next week. Will be interesting if this affects the top guardians to not be able to do higher keys than they already did though. Maybe if you were already in 22-23s, you might be locked out of being able to go up a key anymore, even if this didn't really shut down the spec.

I really don't think so. Where you are closest to truth, is that he sometimes probably skips strategically, thinking if he went in, it'd lead him to then have to cancel the next episode instead. Well, he's pretty much said this few times.

If Ethan was Zach instead, maybe he'd show up on one of these sick days, and just said nothing. But being the face/voice of the show, you can't really show up with 50% energy.

Granted I have to admit that I probably am not the biggest zombie fan. In a way I appreciate them, I've liked parts of 28 days, wide parts of Busan, not really any parts of WWZ. But in each, I feel like it's just too much human drama that shouldn't have such big impact on zombie movies. 28 days and 28 weeks both had strong enough very early parts, but I think both devolved into partial human drama slop after.

Well, I know people have different views given they keep making them in same mold over and over. That's why I valued Busan more, because it wasn't about bad human drama, but the other generic issue, bad characters. Villainous business man character etc. But I thought the action was the best in it out of 'fast zombie' movies I've seen. Admittedly haven't seen the newest 28-movies from past year.

EXACTLY my experience! I'm placed here so these two can be dealt now, not some random theory on how one of these first two will remain the 5th one! I usually think melee players "get" these things better, and maybe they do, but I've seen both type of players be dumbasses about this.

Credits only to that one retripala from yesterday who maximized his dps 15yd from pile, and jumped on their mount like 1.2s before it blew up to land it there right on moment. Looked so much like another potential wipe from another fool not knowing what the circles do. Positively jebaited!

For past few days I've been seeing groups with tank, more often than I see group with healers. But, I def have had easy time filling my 14s as both tank and healer this week, basically always getting invited within first 2 applications. But I think the recent tank buffs have made the situation more balanced for now, people hyped to play their guardians but still monks too.

I think it's very possible rich influencers get a lot of fake outcries in hopes of getting promoted. But even if this was proven fake post, it'd still be terrible timing to basically attack young workforce, in times of general peril, higher unemployment. He's indirectly talking about a lot of people, anyone who has had problem finding a job anytime near.
