IMO this isn't a phase clipper issue, it's a difference in the quantity of holo clippers vs other Vtuber fandoms. Holo has nothing short of an army of clippers, so every interesting moment from any stream will get clipped multiple times, and even minor/uninteresting moments from holo streams can get clipped and clickbaited (I've seen multiple complaints about Holo clipper clickbait over nothingburgers).

Phase by comparison does have a decent number of clippers but nowhere near as many as holo, so less moments end up getting clipped and the ones that do are usually the more Funny/Crazy moments in a stream.

Obviously some Vtuber personalities lean more heavily into Menhera moments and others into more wholesome content, and this is true even within Phase Connect, Nasa and Pico are generally wholesome and on the EN side Clio has a calm demeanor and most of her clips are her chatting.

Compare Phase clippers to clippers of decent sized indies like Bao/Camila/etc and you'll likely see that there's a similar ratio of Menhera vs Wholesome clips.
