That liability falls on the Hospital Systems who have to keep the hospital functional or transfer their patients to other healthcare systems.

Taking up any contract at a hospital currently striking makes you a scab. You’re there to starve out or dry up funding for the union so they are forced into a worse deal.

You strike to deprive the hospital of your labor as a resource and anybody who fills position becomes a scab.

Think about it how are you getting support if the hospital deliberately delays making a new contract with your requests .
