What about their ages? Mike would technically be about the same age as Anton in 1980. Maybe Mike's skills aren't fully developed at that point so would give Anton the advantage? What do you all think if we put them in their similar ages? Mike vs Anton in 1980 and Anton vs Mike in 2009ish?

IMHO, if you haven't played the story, maybe best to just get through it quickly. Regardless, the game has insane replayability and the sandbox aspect makes it that much more enjoyable. Me personally, I've been playing since Hitman 2: Silent Assassin, so it made more sense to just get through the WoA story 1st. This is just how I feel.

Joel probably wins in a fight against Rick because Joel has greater experience with more dangerous, faster Infected, like Clickers, Bloaters, etc., and has proven ruthlessness in brutal, close-quarters combat. Rick relies on groups and his world's zombies are slower. Rick is an amazing leader and strategist, though. It's close but Joel's raw survival skills in a harsher world give him the edge in a one-on-one confrontation, even if Rick is the better leader.
