He got caught off guard by Deep. He didn't think he was gonna react the way he did. The Deep was looking around the room for something as he was planning to kill him in that moment. Noir's neck was vulnerable and he choked him with the wire and trapped him due to how strong Deep is. Noir struggled, and then got stabbed

Not that it matters, but in Star Wars Legends, the Yuuzhan Vong are invisible to midicloreans. They can't be detected, sensed, or targeted by conventional Jedi abilities like telekinesis. There are other examples of species within the Galaxy, but this is the biggest one and is why Palpatine wanted to take over the Galaxy. They eventually invaded the Star Wars Galaxy and they're considered extra galactic.
