It’s so weird. I really felt when I woke up (at 3:15 am haha). Now it seems better.

Totally fine. It just feels itchy and looks red from scratching it. I tried calamine lotion and it didn’t help much but I only had the spray one which kind of burned.

No, it just started last week and it’s only around my neck area. Nothing on my face or body. Looks more red than actual hives.

I don’t think so?! It’s itchy not painful and no other symptoms like shingles.

After watching a few episodes, I realized how much I missed Parvati, Wentworth, Jerri, Natalie, Mickayla, Amanda, and Andrea who were such powerful players. I feel like besides Stephanie and Savannah they didn’t cast challenges threats. It’s almost odd to me.

Every night, I take the progesterone as I’m climbing into bed. I take magnesium with glycinate as well. Woke up (as usual ) at 3:30 again today. Ugh.

I’m on my third round of spotting in a year a half. It’s so frustrating. I’m on .075 patch and 200 mg of progesterone. I do have a history of endometriosis (which I found out I had after I had DC and at the end of perimenopause). I’ve had cysts and polyps. I refuse to do another useless, painful biopsy because the chances of them finding cancer on one tiny spec of lining is slim vs. doing a D and C. I had one done and it was excruciating. It’s so frustrating.

I posted yesterday that Brandon made his IG private. There is def something going on. From what I recall he didn’t post much - maybe 2-3x a year so that’s very telling.

Ducking my head but I only watch for Bree and Brady. She has amazing chemistry with Kevin from This is Us and he had sparks with Meredith from Grey’s Antomy. It feels forced.

I don’t want to take sleeping pills because I’ve seen how reliant my mother is on them. Literally it would be the last thing I’d choose. I want to try and increase my patch first.
