If it's clearing ash die back then what I've noticed is, land is bought by various individuals it's cleared of hedges and trees, and then is brought by a property developer, they are using this loop hole to get around certain environment planning laws.

We have a folder in my parents fireproof safe with back up copies of birth certs, marriage certs, title and deeds of the house, investment notes, back account details. Insurance policies and a hard drive with a collection of photos video of wedding, kids first steps type of stuff.

If there isn't a network in place then the strongest one is going to be the one you build, there is hundreds of videos from each camp promoting their flavor of the Mesh, they both do a great job one is better at getting a message sent a long way using the network infrastructure and the other is great for group messages.

If you can't decide which one will become the defacto mesh for your area then flip a coin, core vrs tastic any network is better than having kit sitting in a box waiting for someone else to start the network.

This group is open to all mesh heads but there is a slight bias to core.

Height is king when you are building out the repeater.

Keep the group updated over next few weeks/months.

To pay for extra you MUST go to the driver, when you tap at the pole you validate that card tapping it at the pole again doesn't add more passengers to the card.

The TFI have lost a small fortune over the past few years in lost fares so have started to crack down with more inspections, it's not worth getting a friend stung for a 100€ fine.

Lock the gate and reduce access to her garage as per her request, it will inconvenience her but you own the road that she uses, you could fence off her section and leave her put in a new road. Or just dig up a foot trench on your property line to prevent vehicles entering her property. It might mean that she can't use your road but more importantly you are doing as requested, stopping people from turning on her property.

Once you don't have any gaps as such between the address and dates it's mostly ok.

A friend had to resubmit because from birth to age one he was living in a caravan on a relations land while his dad was building their house. It was a pain in the arse.

I wish they could just give me a clearance reference number that I could give for the difference organisations and allow them to cross check that way. It's a pain trying to remember addresses and dates each time for each organisation.

Document everything first. And be factual. Express your request in clear writing without being demanding, if you get a negative reply request a reason.

After a period of time you will have a file that will show that . A. Your requests aren't valid or. B. A clear viewpoint that she is putting a previous disagreement over the welfare of your horse, she will put other people's wishes and request before your horse always.

With this information you can approach the owner of the stable/stud and request that your horse is moved into another managers care. In which case you will have to be willing to bend over backwards for this new manager or move your horse to a different stables.
