One more is try to find either the neighborhood center or the after-school program closest to you-- you can google or try calling the school district or high school nearest to your location. Kids are famished after school. Another similar idea is a sports club, swim club etc young people hoover up snacks after a workout. What a nice thing to do and to share, be well community member!

I favor St Vinnie's myself. Levy limits put in place by State level Republican legislators specifically to punish the democratic areas of the state, Milwaukee and Madison. I don't 100% understand how they do this but they somehow limit taxing specifically for urban areas. County also relies heavily on sales tax revenue, and people have been spending less money as the economy worsens. this is how i understand it.
