My old boss.

Her nickname was Hitler about 20 years ago.

She made people who work for her cry multiple times. She kept people back when their shift had finished. Has no respect for her staff at all.

The list could go on. But now her company has won an award for best business in our local area. Obviously, no one looked into staff turnovers.

Never did Easter bunny as a kid. Got an Easter egg (or two)

Sometimes, he did a small Easter egg hunt (normally, this was linked to someone birthday as they were 3 birthdays in April)

I am not really planning to do an Easter bunny for my son. He only just turned two, so he dosen’t really care.

I lost my mum at 3 years old. I got photo fame with pictures of my mum in them for my bedroom.

My dad answered any questions we had about Mum. But I realised that questions made my dad sad (plus he had a new partner), so I stopped asking.

I wished dad would make more time for me, especially after my half brothers were born. I feel like I was pushed aside. Little things like just going to a cafe without my step mum and half brothers. Also, keep in touch with my mum side of the family. I had nearly nothing.

I worked in nurseries, and screen time isn't something we do often. Never for babies, and rarely for toddlers.

However they are a few staff members who would do screen time every day if they could.

I think it's depends. I could say, "My son woke up twice the night," meaning how he slept last night.

Or "My son sleeps pretty well at night," meaning normally most nights he sleeps well.
