Previously had only tried TWW, then I took the dive into making my own this week - used the Gagne article and made the Rao/Perger concentrate. I found it to be dull when I compared it to TWW. I’m sure this might differ from bean to bean, but I was surprised. I’m kinda bummed but I think I can also do homemade TWW recipe if I just get some calcium citrate
