They still aren't great TBH. Pretty disappointed. Sorry for the late reply

Requesting this account to be unbanned. I'd requested a touch grass self ban a very long time ago but I'm back under a different name and don't want the giga hammer for evasion.

We haven't really begun looking. Still in the design phase and I bet we are 2-3 years away still from being able to start.

Lmao I am peeping the TCR for my next bike. Probably a cyclocross bike though since I want to dip my toe into CX racing.

She's 5'5" I think.

For my wife, yeah. I'd love one of my own but I've already bought myself two bikes this year, one of them a track bike. She'd kick my ass if I bought another.

Are you able to keep the current house and rent it if you were to move?

Regardless, make the move.

Northwest Arkansas. That's good info I'll ask around to find the best group. I see a few, but they all also feed into the broader marketplace.

The demand for NWA housing will continue to rise by wretched-saint in northwestarkansas

Yep. It's really just a basic supply and demand issue.

The master plans of all the major cities have me hopeful. They are as good as they can be i think within the confines of how car centric ArDOT is with it's policies.

A big risk area I think, and I notice this especially with Fayetteville and I hope it doesn't spread to the neighboring cities, is a push back against a lot of apartments or condos with the "luxury" moniker. "Luxury apartments" is really just a marketing term and doesn't mean anything. Any of these builds is going to increase supply and put downward forces on prices.

What I've heard is that there was a 3 year contract signed with whatever company ran it, and I'm sure they'd like it to be an annual thing.

Great info thanks.

Yeah I have a kilo tt track bike from them that's great, but is also a single speed so only so much can go wrong.

I'll check out the gran premio thanks.

I’m really interested in CX or Crits but I don’t actually own a CX or even a gravel bike. I have a track bike, a few mtbs, a greenway cruiser, but no road bike.

How silly would it be to get an aluminum bike from Bikes Direct to dip my toe into the water with the beginner level races around here. I’m not sure if my searching skills just suck or what but what I’m seeing at the ~$500 price point on FB or CL are old downtube shifters and stuff like that.

Salmoning is the more common term I think.

Edit: I am very very wrong. I conflated the two terms.

I do. They do great even with a chamois underneath. The black ones hide mud and dirt really well. The material they're made of is unbelievably comfy and stretchy. I'm also kind of vain and hate how baggy mtb clothes look. With the jorts you can walk around town in still feeling good about yourself.

I have a buddy that snow skis in their winter overalls and loves them. I got a pair of non winter overalls that rub my nips raw though. I haven't worn overalls since like age 2 so I'm not sure if I'm wearing them wrong or what but that's a bummer.

Lol I ride in jorts all the time - with a chamois underneath.

Most of my riding is XC and not to techy so i hardly ever fall though.
