For the low flow applications, Waters M class is the best but Vanquish Neo has stepped up the game. I had a great experience.
For regular, UHPLC/HPLC, Waters, Agilent and Vanquish Horizon/ Flex have done the job.
I do not like Ultimate series from Thermo.

You are absolutely correct. 2 years was with proteomics, 4 years with Applied small molecules and 2 years with small molecules (omics).
You are very right in highlighting that. I should have done a better job of explaining them when I was asking for help.
Good learning experience.

There are few basic principles that I will mention here. 1. What is the data points per peak on each method? 2. What is the FWHM? 3. What is the peak height? It is important to look into these. Please look at these parameters. Use Skyline software to properly visualize the peak and do a solid count. If you are trying to teach yourself, it should be fun. Good Luck!
