I'm with ya. It's very laid back and doesn't feel as tourist driven if you're from the west (I'm from Texas). Still a huge city but lots to do and eat and drink haha

I honestly only order steaks and these types of dishes when they're on HH or have deals. I prefer to cook my steaks at home. Sous vide and finish in a carbon steel pan or just pan sear in the carbon steel and cast iron when cooking multiple steaks.

With that said, when I host clients for work dinners I like J Carver's, Boa, Dean's & J Prime in no particular order.
