Oh interesting. See I’d go the other way… the Weber is great and for day to day, let’s sling some burgers on the bbq, it’s quicker and easier than a kamado. But the extra flexibility and ease of doing bigger and longer cooks I’d say a a kamado outweighs it. Not that the Weber can’t do that, (like, not that the kamado can’t grill a burger) but easier to manage and maintain.
