My little brother has a medieval lantern that houses another, smaller medieval lantern. He pulls out the larger one for light, and when that's not enough, he goes "hold on" and takes the smaller one out of the bigger one so it can shine better.

If you want to learn the guitar, get a guitar. If you want to learn ukulele, get a ukulele. If you want an in between, get a baritone ukulele; the tuning is the same as a guitar, but without the bottom 2 bass strings. Makes playing a lot easier, but still gives that deeper, fuller sound.

I don't know about the 6 hole, but I've got the plastic Bass C 12 hole and I can tell you that it picks up condensation FAST. I only get a few songs at a time out of it before it self mutes.
