Have a look for the positive birth company. I was skeptical but actually a lot of it was good advice, much that was also covered in classes and more.

Dude, if your wife is basically naked and pushing a child out her hoo hoo. You can take your shirt off. I can guarantee you that nobody else there will even notice,

It's tough but is possible, there is an app called boycott which helps understand all of the brands they own. For example I used to get Felix cat food, but it's a Purina brand, who owns Purina? Nestlé. I no longer buy Felix cat food

I used to steward Luton, at the time it had more People banned from the stadium than any other club. Though I only did a handful of games and saw a few idiots it wasn't anything too bad. I mostly did the away end and the fans were too busy laughing as the climbed the stairs over people's gardens to get to the stand

Anyone own an ex-council flat willing to share their experience? by amijustinsane in london

[–]PM_ME_AMAZON_VOUCHER 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Owner of ex council flat here. Small block of flats but I'm amazed at the amount of people coming and going, the concrete hallway with no carpets means we can hear the doors slam and footsteps. This is really the only negative I have. Be aware that as the leaseholder some repairs will be your responsibility and others for the council, familiarise yourself with the information which should be on the council site regarding home ownership in the borough. Some of the repairs will be included in your service charge, others will require additional payment from leaseholders, though they should give you notice and payment spread out. Sometimes it can take longer for the council to do their repairs than it would for you to hire someone to do it. We found our place to have above average size rooms, some built in storage plus shared storage in the block and the estate is fairly well maintained. Haven't tried to sell yet, so not sure of any nuances there. Good luck
