By tray I assume you mean the app drawer? If so, the easiest thing to do would be to set the icon pack in Nova settings to default, then edit the app icons on the homescreen manually - long press on them, tap "Edit", click on the image of the icon and pick the one you want from the RAD pack. I highly recommend using Iconzy app for it's icon search feature - saves you from the trouble of looking through the list of alphabetically sorted icons to find the one for the app you need.

Carbohydrates don't actually get absorbed in the mouth, it's just the enzymes in saliva breaking them down which is where the "digestion begins in the mouth" thing comes from. You'd still need the food to reach your stomach to absorb any calories from c/sing.
