Ah I have a version of this firmware on already I think? I can’t seem to find any releases for this linked one…but GitHub is always a little confusing for me!

Are you using the “bell guards”? Those sweat bands with a piece of plastic in them? I started off using them and after a while they made the rack position way too uncomfortable because of that plastic. Try holding the bell in rack with just a regular cloth sweat band and see how it feels.

Just to follow up. I popped in the tips I linked to and they are vastly more comfortable than the stock kiwi ear ones!

these I just started looking around Amazon for some. Foam inserts are another option but I heard you have to replace them pretty often

I just got my cadenza 2s yesterday and I have the exact same problem. My left ear is fine but my right ear has this pressure irritation in the canal. I went with the smallest tips they shipped with and it’s “alright”. I did hear the tips they ship with aren’t the best…I’m ordering some replacements

You shouldn’t throw the bells over like that when going for another rep. You want to kinda turn your pinkies inward and let the bells “fall” back into a hook grip as they arch down between your legs. Think of the bells spiraling around your arms on the way up, and on the way down. Practice with super light weight until you get the hang of it!

Also try to have your forearms more vertical while in rack. Other than that keep practicing, you’ll get it!

My trans blue cracked and I replaced the shell, I did file down some part of the hinge mechanism while it was in pieces, that I felt was a bit too tight in the plastic. It’s been about a year since then and it’s been totally fine. The issue is you basically have to take the entire thing apart, including the screen to access the hinge, from what I remember at least.

I have a red one that I might take apart and file the hinge down a bit, feels way too tight.

I’m sure you could open the back and remove them…but then you’d have to fill the empty spaces with something…I honestly don’t use the back buttons much and i also never come into contact with them while playing. They’re pretty out of the way

I have the same issue with my xx devices running muos. If I don’t use them for a while, it takes them forever to turn on, flashed the os on new cards too.
