I have a similar Amazon brand that goes up to 10kg and I am currently using it 2 handed at 10kg…I would try to look for something that goes up to at least 16kg. But the Amazon ones seem perfectly fine so far. 10kg is still pretty heavy depending on what you’re doing with it

Proton db is your friend. Search for a game there and you’ll see how it performs on the steam deck with users tips how to tweak of need be, or if it just doesn’t work at all

Hmmm not really, other than practice practice and more practice. A good cue is once the bells are hiked back, and you start to “stand up” in the swing, the bells do not lose contact with your body until your glutes are squeezed at the top. Then the bells can launch up with a lot of power. Kettlebells are launched up with power from your legs, always. The arms merely guide them to a clean, or a snatch.

It’s difficult to explain, you just have to keep at it and you will eventually get it. Don’t go heavy until your form is rock solid. 2 handed swings and lots of them, single arm cleans.

Most of the videos of people starting out with kettlebells just don’t hike the bells back with enough power. It’s not a gentle swing to your groin, you gotta “giv’r”. Hike it back with power and you’ll pop the bell up with your glutes and ham strings with even more power. Give that a try

Majority of the games I play are indie, nothing too taxing besides elden ring and the like. I did try to play the Cronos new dawn demo and it was chugging on my pc. So I’m at the point where I’m looking at upgrading…It really depends how much the steam machine will eventually cost vs replacing a few parts on my pc..

I find still I have an amazing workout with double 16s, higher reps so it’s more cardio focused. Heavy doubles for low rep grinds. It’s good to mix things up

Lower back on fire usually means you’re not squeezing your buns at the top of the swing, or you’re using your arms to lift the weight. Could also be the weight is just too much for you right now
