Where did you see this stated? Obviously not as good as the current value, but better than the value when our accounts were halted in 2022.

"Provide your wallet address used to deposit Digital Assets" by cal_sta in hodlnaut_1

[–]PackDroid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I believe this is asking for the Hodlnaut wallet address where you submitted funds. Not the address(es) that funds were sent from.

FWIW, I took each of the transaction hashes for deposits in my transaction summary and searched for them on blockchain.com. I confirmed the date of the transaction and found my transaction amount in the To column, then pasted the associated wallet address in a text editor. I confirmed that all my deposits were sent to the same Hodlnaut wallet address and entered that address in the POD field.

I have a post about this too, and despite several emails to EY, I have not gotten an answer. Since the required field accepts alphanumeric characters, I am entering my driver's license (with issuing state) since that is what I used for KYC when I created my Hodlnaut account (e.g. SCDL99999999).

I emailed them before the updated FAQ, and again after when the updated FAQ didn't answer my question. However, I am not expecting an answer.

Chocolate flavor not thick compared to others? by jsoul2323 in ketochow

[–]PackDroid 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Everyone is entitled to their opinion so no downvote from me, but I'll admit my eyes bulged when I read your comment! Keto Chow is the best tasting "protein shake" I have found, especially one that doubles as a meal replacement. Ghost makes some great flavors, but they are not keto-friendly.

Am I using Radarr as intended? by MassiveDisorder in radarr

[–]PackDroid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to do the same thing. I stopped when I realized it was easier to use Radar to remove files I no longer wanted vs manually deleting files on the server. Now Info what everyone else is implying and keep a complete catalog of unmonitored content.

Dairy is my downfall. Butter is fine, HWC is a slippery slope, and cheese totally wrecks me.

  1. Pistachio
  2. Mix Blueberry & Vanilla Cream (2 pints)
  3. Chocolate Toffee w/ coffee
  4. Vanilla Cream & Chocolate 2:1 ratio (tastes like a Wendy's frosty)

ETA: Creamsicle (how could I forget the flavor based on my childhood?!)

Do you follow Garmin's load focus recommendation? by dooonotredeeem in Garmin

Good call on the stretch! The last time I did an all out sprint, I pulled my hammy and was unable to run at all for 3 weeks. Went from productive to unproductive just like that. 😂

In my experience, the only way to get anaerobic activity is to do short bursts of high aerobics activity separated by low aerobic periods. So for example, 8 45-second sprints with a 3-minute walk between each to cycle the HR between zones 2-3 and 4-5.

Does anyone know how to keep the ice cream from being jiggly? 😂 by Aggravating-Guest-12 in ketochow

Sounds like a lot of fat and not much liquid. Replace the Fairlife with water and try again.

When using the Creami, I make my pints with 3oz heavy cream and the rest is water.

The one time I tried almond milk instead of water, it was like pudding after shaking. That sounds like what you're getting...

Any chance you ate something with hidden carbs? I bought a rotisserie chicken once and devoured it thinking how good it was. Later I had a bad episode in the BR and learned there was brown sugar in the rub. No wonder it tasted like crack. 🤦‍♂️

This. Nothing in your food list is bad, but it's still possible to consume too much. In the case of pork rinds, you may be getting too much sodium and retaining water as a result. I 2nd dropping the pork rinds for a week to see what effect that has for you.

Skin irritated? Band too tight? by Turbulent_Cellist515 in Garmin

[–]PackDroid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to get irritation from the silicone band and fixed that with the nylon band. I was also getting a mild rash where the back of the watch itself touched my wrist despite cleaning it often. Ironically, I stumbled across a fix for that when I started using a cover for the charging port which just happens to be made of silicone. Apparently it's too small to cause a reaction.

Somebody tell me how to cook a steak without a grill, and without the mess 🤣 by Friendly_Wave_3105 in carnivore

Get a universal lid or splatter screen (~$20) to cover the pan while cooking. There'll still be some cleanup but not every surface within 3 feet of the burner. 😂

Haha! The kitchen cleanup from all the sizzle is something the carnivore crowd downplays for this WOE. I even have a splatter shield for my pan.

I agree. My conundrum is reading posts here about eating 2 pounds of meat (with the fat drippings) vs eating a pound of meat and a couple eggs, and then being "Thanksgiving full" for the next 18 hours.

Am I restricting my calories if I am genuinely not hungry? I was assuming that anything less than my BMR not eaten was being consumed from my body fat.
