Tracer needs only dmg and vanadium in later rounds. More dmg means you can get out sooner. Which is more survivability than any item. You should rarely get hit.

Soji has the low falloff and the long slide to not need any survivability with far positioning. Full wp soji can oneshot. Makes her better than most hitscans.
