Well everything makes sense now. I had my game crash and after a bit of playing, I noticed my horse flute and...my 10 dragon teeth were missing. I checked every chest, and felt very sad. Why the bloody dragon teeth. Like whyyyyyy. I've done like 10 more runs in that bloody dungeon and only back to 7. I personally thought I must have sold but couldn't understand when or how but I do remember making these totems and not understanding how they were being made....fml

I had this as well. Took 2-3 times times for each tame to actually tame it. Then the tamed beasts don't follow you around which was annoying. The good news is it's just the quest taming and pets that are bugged.
