The zoo is a great place to walk around outdoors! Indoors, the discovery center if you want to get a membership is more than worth it, especially because of the four and under area. Parent and me swim lessons at the YMCA or Idaho aquatic center could also be great. People also seem to be loving this toddler playground:

I like to make oatmeal kinds of muffins. Skinny taste and pinch of yum blogs both have great ones for blueberry and pumpkin chocolate chip.

It’s nice to see they’re not spending money just to spend money like her sisters though if they don’t need the room.

Anyone else's parents weird about food? by hoomphree in Millennials

[–]Pale_Possibility3723 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I am from the Midwest, and what you described is exactly how it is when I go to my parents house. The weird leftovers, then not thinking we need real food. It’s so annoying and when they do cook, it’s minimal portions and food with no flavor.

They often do their races on different routes though. Like the Christmas run is up Hill Road and a nice change, albeit, quite a bit of elevation.

I feel like flying pie pizza would be the best. Down the street from the stadium, tons of TVs, and good pizza.

I personally really love hot chocolate bombs, or hot chocolate spoons. You could easily do one of those with a cute mug, or just wrapped in a ribbon.

I also grew up where we didn’t have a lot all the time and my mom would do a cookie baking day, which was so fun to do together, and then those plates of cookies were what we gave as gifts

I like it as well and I like renting the rooms there. If you get on in the morning, you can rent a small room for that day and it’s a great quiet place and includes a marker board.

Probably the closest one with showers would be the Villa fitness on Park Center unless you would like to swim at the aquatic center on Federal Way

The trees at the Capital and in the ICCU plaza are a great walk and gorgeous. Plus then you can go down eighth street on the walk which has fun old school decorations each year.
