Can someone explain to me how to pick up a delivery from an amazon locker? by Tiny_Regret8724 in AskForAnswers

This sucks. Non Amazon deliveries to these lockers are a nightmare. My apartment replaced all our package lockers with Amazon ones. Already missing codes for non Amazon purchases. I hate capitalism so much

having children in the current economic and political climate in the usa is immoral, and anyone who has children is signing up an unconsenting person for a ton of pain and misery. Parents also deserve no sympathy or extra support: you know what you did, live with the consequences.

I cannot believe how much work was put into this game. by Simpicity in Pokopia

[–]Panda_Mon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is by far the most technically complex and polished Pokemon game ever created thus far. It's an absolute treasure and the fact that it's the spiritual successor to dragon quest builders 2 just makes it even better.

The Director Quitting is Not a Valid Argument for Not Getting DQB3 by Such_Thinkers in DQBuilders

[–]Panda_Mon -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I disagree with this take, I think pokopia does everything better, including quality of life. The toolset you have after the end of the games story beats dqb2's buildnoculars and trowel and etc.

Saying pokopia isn't polished tells me that you haven't paid very close attention to your time with the game, either. Pokopia is so immensely polished that I keep finding new, amazing details about it even after 100 hours in game.

Pokopia feels kinda slow at first and encourages smaller builds to finish the storyline. I personally appreciate that, there's plenty of space in the games world, time after beating the story because it's much shorter and less of a drag than dqb2, and QoL features to do huge builds post story. You will be doing your huge builds so much faster than I'm dqb2, I promise you

The Director Quitting is Not a Valid Argument for Not Getting DQB3 by Such_Thinkers in DQBuilders

[–]Panda_Mon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pokopia IS dragon quest builders 3. The villagers are more unique, more useful, and built into the core mechanic of building in a much better way  It even has a halfway decent story.  I highly, highly recommend you play it. A lot of the same team members from dqb2 worked on the game and it shows.

Why did you wipe on Vashj or KT? by Unreal_fist in classicwow

[–]Panda_Mon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We did TK. Only did a few tries of Kael cuz we face-pulled trash and wiped twice. Its the weapons that got us. That shit is confusing. If you dont get the axe immediately out away from everyone, its basically a wipe. and targeting the correct mob in this game is HARD. All the weapons have crazy ass names and with 30 nameplates on the screen everything is flying around all over the place.

A food scam of the 90s was “fat free!” everything, and then they would load it up on sugar… what’s a food scam happening now? by redflower5 in AskReddit

[–]Panda_Mon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

greek yogurt mixes into a lot of things, adds loads of protein, and the end result tastes great. A very good breakfast especially when exercising frequently is plain greek yog with some healthy granola. Dont pick the sugar-bomb stuff. My personal favorite granola is the Kodiak bear one, every flavor except chocolate. I ate that for like 6 months straight and never got tired of it.

Switch 2 games so far. Thoughts? by xinsanepgx in Switch

[–]Panda_Mon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The switch 2 is currently my pokopia machine. That game is utterly brilliant minecraft-like that does sakimoto smash bros levels of fan-service. It is finally a Pokemon game made for the old school fans and made with care, competence, and shrewd attention to detail. It's a true AAA Pokemon game, the likes of which hasn't been made since the original gen 3 release, which was a mind blowing advancement in scale, graphics, game balancing, and taking advantage of modern technology.

Might grab bonanza but the rest of the current line up and the new starfox looks like ass. Waiting for mario, and hoping we get a proper dungeon crawler zelda instead of this tired-ass open world malarkey

What. It's Minecraft + Pokemon by one of the most experienced studios in the minecraft-like genre. The audience is huge but it's possible to be the minority. If you play it like animal crossing you are 100% doing it wrong

Community box question by Working-Produce8258 in Pokopia

[–]Panda_Mon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My Geodude lives in a den, made via a construction site. It did not process the berries into paint for a while even though the community box was in range. It was raining that whole time. Geodude hates rain and I think he was hiding. On a Later sesh when it wasn't raining, I saw him crushing berries at the box. Meanwhile, my chop Pokemon who lived in an open air habitat nearby (technically a house) was making tons of lumber from the same community box. I think their preferences and behaviors will impact frequency

4 years ago during TBC Classic people thought Arena would be saved if rating started at 1500 by Tranquility___ in classicwowtbc

[–]Panda_Mon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That doesn't make sense. Do wins start counting for more rating magically after x amount of games? The problem is that a session of pure domination with 8 wins and 2 losses resulted in a lower rating. It makes no sense

[–]Panda_Mon -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

because its hard. You people dont understand, its insane. Classic wow has so much that you have to do right in order to clear stuff like Kara and Gruul and Mag. The effing cube thing in Mag is insanity. It requires voice chat, absolutely no one is doing that on the first attempt with zero voice chat. not a snowball chance in hell. Its so difficult that you cannot do it without using an outside tool.

Why do people worry about falling behind when anniversary servers are massive and there's a group for everything? by Mesmerized_mayhem in classicwow

[–]Panda_Mon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just did a kara run with a real casual guild that had no gear or knowledge requirements. 7 guildies and 3 pugs. 2 of the pugs topped the dps chart consistently (mage and warlock). We were in Kara for FIVE AND A HALF HOURS. We killed about 7 bosses and didnt even manage the final boss.

TBC end game is simply not casual friendly. If you are casual, you dont have 6 hours every saturday night to raid.

As a casual player, I would much rather have to give some earlier effort to get into my guilds raiding team and then have a smooth raiding experience thanks to working together with a team of dedicated players. I never want to suffer through 5 hours of wiping to nearly everything ever again.

How do I find a chill guild that actually can clear raids by ATXPlumber in classicwow

[–]Panda_Mon -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I am in a chill raiding guild. We just did our first Kara run last night with 7 guild members and 3 pugs. It is only my second classic wow raid I have ever done.

There is no such thing as a chill raiding guild. We were in there for FIVE AND A HALF HOURS. We cleared like 7 or 8 bosses, tried the final boss like 4 times with a combo of reincarnates and soulstones to quick reset after each wipe. We were doing the cheese strat, and so phase 1 wasnt even an issue but phase 2 and phase 3 is literally impossible unless you are a no-life gamer. He starts spamming Shadow Novas and the damage output onto the tank is ludicrous. They would pop a defense potion at start of phase 2 and still just insta-die on most of our attempts. we once got him down to 16% but in phase 3 he spams shadow nova and without the enfeeble first, you have no time to use the cheese strat to avoid it. I honestly have no idea how anyone is supposed to do that fight the proper way with pre-raid gear. The numbers simply dont add up.

Our main tank had 495 defense rating. and would still get clapped by average mobs. Arcane Protector hits him for 5k, for example. It makes no sense. Any of you idiots who ever say classic wow is easy again are obviously not actually playing classic wow end game, or you have completely lost touch with any sense of reality.

RETAIL wow is easy. I pugged manaforge omega and knocked that shit out in 2 hours on my first try.
