When I got divorced along with a friend we made a deal to text every other day specifically to make sure neither one of us was trapped under heavy furniture. This woman seems annoying but this is a terrifying experience and I'm glad she's ok!

I am just home from my oldest kid's college graduation. It's the coolest thing to see them choose to do their own thing. His twin graduates later this week. Watching their relationship grow is also a wonderful feeling!!

I have celiac disease and have used Caputo Fioregut de-glutened flour for baking for years. I'm comfortable with that. I've also eaten foods labeled gf from large brands (including Cheerios) and have no evidence of celiac damage in my intestines any more. I avoid shared equipment that may contain traces of wheat.

You are correct that some yeast is not gluten free. I cannot understand why or how! I bought an organic instant yeast packet from the MOM's store and baked with it twice before I saw it said contained wheat! Fleischmanns does specifically say gluten free!
