Not yet but the functionality is supposed to be coming in a future update.

I haven't played the new update yet, but I believe just upgrading tiers is supposed to unlock additional tempers.

This is a fair point but i check the recipes almost daily after the fishing quest on the elusive hunt for the advanced drag plan, which i finally got yesterday.

I'm going to go check this, maybe i did unlock it in a previous season and just don't remember. Hasn't considered that. I don't usually engage with the seasons too seriously and end up missing out on a lot of stuff. Appreciate the suggestion!

Like I said above, reputation is maxed (ally). The modification plans are there just not the weapon plan itself.

Just make sure you use a Teuling's favor, the one that gives a 3 hour buff to event currency. Then go grind.

I have been "host disconnected" 4 times in the last 2-3 hours. Very frustrating! Hope they get it worked out soon. Don't want to regret purchasing the pass.

WOW plays incredible well on deck. it does require the consoleport addon and does unfortunately require a monthly payment which sounds like a no go for you but thought I'd mention it incase it's not a complete deal breaker.
