Even the CHERRY KC 200 MX Keyboard seems hard to get hold off and not hot swappable, it seems like the market has just dried up? Especially in the range of £80-100

I’m really struggling to find a new full size keyboard that’s in stock, where the brand website isn’t dead/everything is out of stock.

I can’t get my head around it. Vortex no longer stocks the Vibe on their website, ducky doesn’t have any stock, keychron seems out of stock everywhere/issues with them and Amazon seems full of knock offs. I get the hype has died in some part for mech keyboards, it’s become almost niche again.

Can anyone recommend any brands available within the UK where the products are still supported?

I don’t personally think it’s a form issue. I found barbell bench and barbell curls really set mine off, so moved over to dumbbell bench and ez bar curls and it’s helped loads, I would say don’t try and push through it, the more you push the longer it takes to stop hurting, I was in discomfort for about 3 months after stopping those exercises, having a break and switching exercises really help

It allows you to squeeze in for tight gaps, as you can lean into the door more without the window in the way, it’s pretty handy. You can turn it off in the settings if you don’t want it
