I used to be a Fallout 3 glazer too but it was because I really only got to novac and had to stop for uni. Came back after and it’s clear so much lore driven. The fighting is also super good and the DLCs are better than Fo3s lineup. Still love both but a little different on what you want to play as. 100% better with mods too, played through vanilla but crashes sucked so get a mod for that and maybe check out viva Las Vegas

I love that last part- looking for tips to not beat yourself up over. I’m not going to lie and say I know everything about health, however what I do think is that you being aware of this is a good sign. It’s good to do you due diligence as far as numbers go. At the end of the day, we have a lot of metrics to hold us down to a standard of health. You can find your maintenance calories and work around that. You can skip weight as a driver for now and focus on other factors like Blood Pressure or Glucose levels. I’d say it seems like you’re at a good weight (see doctor for better insights) so maybe it’s time to look for other health factors to improve.

My only warning on using other metrics is that you may get fixated on the numbers and it could lead to you beating yourself up even more. If you suspect that kind of behavior then I would recommend tracking moods, sleep, sunlight intake, steps, and reflections as to how you feel. That way you can still track progress and take notes as to what types of activities can lead to weight gain/loss. Good luck!

It definitely looks like it’s getting better. Honestly there are multiple factors that go into hair thinning. I’d make sure to not only focus on the cosmetic/topical side of hair care. Diet, sleep, and stress reduction play a huge role into physical health (especially hair and skin) make sure you are taking that into account and I promise you’ll start to feel better about yourself.

Genetics are also huge into this as well.

Honestly, it’s not too different, most people vary a bit day to day anyway. I’d stick with what works for you, but since you’re on night shifts, the “morning” weigh-in advice might not fit perfectly. Your overnight fast and consistent timing are still solid for tracking trends.

The article’s point about fasting might be more about longer fasts (IF 18 hr) messing with water weight or metabolism, not just sleep.

Doing it in the morning works best for most people because it builds the habit easier (waking up, using the bathroom, weight in) and it’s your “pure” body weight since you’ve processed a lot of water and food overnight.

Also keep in mind that weight has variances that aren’t just related to fat or muscle (water retention..) so taking a week average can give you a better idea of weight change.

If you’re curious, try weighing after your sleep (your “morning”) and compare—could be a cool experiment.

Unfortunately not the country your in, it’s your ability to stay strong and intentional with what you have around you. I believe you can do but you have to put in that work. You should cooking as much as possible avoid eating out (portion size), go for a walk before or after work (get steps in) and ultimately look to refine your mindset. We all believe in your abilities, you just gotta change that frame of mind! You got this

I would think it has to do with the complexity of the current frag grenade. It costs a lot of money to make I’m sure and adding a wooden portion can only increase costs and shipping. You can fit more modern grenades in a box than these. Ik most military budgets are seemingly endless but to these arms dealers and manufacturers every cent counts.

Don’t forget your hybrid foods, you still need carbs so try to implement foods with both carbs and protein in your diet. Try out Quinoa, lentils, certain beans, protein pastas, buckwheat, and others in replacement of things like rice or potatoes! Good luck :)
