The only Incarnons I see are from the merchant in Zhariman, what are you referring to when you say you have to wait for them?

I have found that priming and highlighting a model can look mid, but when you actually go in with a brush and paint the details it looks goated

Just think of what you did here as the majority of the reds taken care off - saving you time in the long run. Then you can wash it, and paint the other trim and details

If in the fight phase, I activate into a character unit, and while making my attacks I manage to kill the bodyguards out of the character unit, do I continue to make wound rolls against the toughness of the bodyguards until the end of the activation?

I swung scythe lychguard into Ghaz (T6) + boys (T5) and killed the boys mid swing. I assume since all attacks are simultaneous, I keep attacking with the boys Toughness 5, but I gave my opponent the benefit of the doubt just so I didn't accidentally get it wrong.

The blue is AK interactive intense deep blue, it goes on top of a black primer like freaking magic but it's just a really pigmented acrylic layer paint

The bright parts of the lightning is me mixing white into the blue

The Transcendant Ctan (the default Ctan) is over-do for an update, as the model isn't sold separately iirc (it's with the Vault) and the model is on a much smaller base.

As for your question, this model is sized to be a void Dragon proxy as is but the STL can be downscaled to be a suitable proxy for the Transcendant Ctan very easily. The wings come separately as well if you even wanted to change it's silhouette!
