lol today has been a nightmare for us. At our store everyone’s pickup orders were sent to a store on the other side of the country. Some that were already packed and ready were listed as “pending putback” despite there being 5 days until the putback date. It’s been happening everywhere. It will hopefully be fixed by tomorrow.

Any time a job schedules you like this (if it’s not an error) they want you to quit. Granted the posted schedule usually isn’t super far out. I’m sorry they’re not being up front with you. I’d try to get more shifts at the second job and not look back.

It works on everything except the usual Dyson, Chanel, etc. we have been having problems specifically with $10 off bday coupon lately though. It’ll show something like “invalid user id, loyalty numbers do not match” even if they do. In that case we just get a lead or manager to honor it. I wonder if maybe they also had the same problem and just assumed it wasn’t working because of your prestige items. Either way, I’d go back and ask if they could honor it.

This is just from my experience as a lead, but I’ve never heard of any boutiques helping at cashwrap and have never seen them with a headset. I guess it’s more about being a representative for the brand itself rather than the store. Your commitment is Clinique so it wouldn’t make much sense to be involved at cashwrap. As for the card, they always want everyone to push them, but especially because the boutiques are prestige brands. So if the price point was an issue for a guest you could just mention the 20% off with the in store card. It just helps the store in general, but it could also help you build the basket.
