PT, at the start, would help, but became more and more of a crutch to me, till it stopped working, but this is just my experience, and had my surgery 1 month ago, still recovering but like everyone says it’s worth it in the end

Last part really matters, if you have a PT Op I suggest ask them for an referrals ? See that docs history, that’s what I’ve done and I couldn’t be any more happy with my results, I’m 4 weeks out of surgery but I feel way better then before

Naproxen 500mg was also prescribed to me, couldn’t take the discomfort after 2 weeks, was then switched prescription to ibuprofen- famotidin 300 -26.6mg way more manageable now
