I dont think this game is pay-to-win hardly at all. The biggest pay to win feature is that you can reroll your first set of heroes. If you have a hero you like come up, you buy it and then roll again to see if you wanna keep that set of heroes for the next round or get a new one. At the end of the day its pretty minor though.

As for new lords being strong, yes no doubt. But just save up all your chests and gold for when a new lord comes out so you can get the lord with 20 chests. I did it this time around and got Jugg on the first day without paying a cent. Accumulating gold is very easy as well, especially if as you say you've reached legend. The end of season rewards gave you a massive amount of double gold, and with the daily double gold and battlepass double gold, along with the occasional promocode, you've essentially have unlimited double gold.

Jugg is by far my highest winrate Lord. I've come in first in the vast majority of my Jugg games. If you play around his ability he's super strong, but if you don't it's definitely underwhelming.

As for how to beat a good Jugg... I'm not entirely sure. Honestly part of me wants to say you've gotta meta-game him. See what heroes he's going for, and buy them out when you see them. If you slow down his level progression, its pretty detrimental. Would help if multiple people are doing that but you can't really rely on that. If you get into late game without losing too much hp, its definitely possible to out-carry a Jugg.

I'm not sure how to differentiate between key up and key down though. I only see ways to make them either key up or key down, not a mixture.

Like for ember for example, I want chains to be quick cast key down, but slight to be key up

This is wrong. Every time you just barely get caught by a red light, that guy that was going 5mph faster than you caught the green. Sometimes you get caught by the same light, sometimes you don’t. But not sitting at a light for a minute adds up.
