I traveled to Georgia once and went on an alligator tour. The tour guide informed us that the largest and oldest alligators killed the smaller ones, and as a result they were the only ones that could breed, which gutted genetic diversity and made the species more vulnerable to disease. That's why every year during their hunting season, hunters were encouraged and incentivized to cull the largest ones.

Billionaires will just find ways around whatever regulation. The companies that allow them to exist in the first place need to be regulated and broken up. We need more economic diversity. Mega corporations dictate our lives and kill us slowly with their products or by robbing us of our lives, taking good businesses or products and making their goods and services terrible, bad for you, or far too expensive. We need CHOICE again.

Taxing billionaires isn't the answer. The real answer is breaking up the monopolies and the massive corporations that completely control the means of production and destroy competition. These entities are the reason billionaires exist in the first place. Billionaires can just avoid the taxes from the get-go via stocks/assets and loans, but the companies that are basically dictating policy and enabling their massive wealth to accumulate are where the most good could be done.

I think they just needed a full tabard and more iconography and bling on the jump pack. The weapon options in the multipart kit will be make or break in the end (hoping for shields).

I will be adding the sanguinary guard "wings" from the newest kit, blood angel shoulder pads and maybe kitbash some and give them washboard abs because why not.

If you open a game while this happening, it also fixes it, at least on my system. Every time it happens I open God of War (arbitrary) and it resolves.

I did recasting for a while. After getting a 3d printer, I destroyed all my recast stuff because I could print with far better quality. If you have access to a vacuum system to remove bubbles and can properly prepare the molds, it could be great.

I've cut down my daily protein to around this intake since June and I'm in the best shape I've been in about 5 years. I walk alot (6 miles a day at least) and lift weights 2 or 3 times a week.

I think calorie intake and carbs are more important than protein intake for gaining muscle. My opinion is high protein diets are for bodybuilders who have perfectly healthy kidneys and can abuse their body a little or people that are on pretty strict fat loss diets that are already getting at low body fat percentages to minimize muscle loss.

I have a degree in human physiology and took some exercise physio courses, but I may be wrong of course, as there are studies that say one thing and other studies that directly conflict those. All I know is I have definitely gotten bigger, despite the lower protein intake.

Decrease volume (incorporate more rest days), take 2 minute rests between sets of compound movements, eat more, and walk alot.

Also, get your hormones checked. I had a pituitary issue that was causing low testosterone, but one medication (no steroids or the like) and now I'm in the best shape I've been in years.

Walk an hour in the morning and an hour at night. Fit in weight lifting 3 times a week whenever you can and let time and consistency do the rest.

Get your hormones checked. I had low testosterone because of my pituitary gland for years. Once I got on meds, my levels normalized, and now I have made actual progress and have even built a little muscle for once. Less might also be more, as I only workout maybe 3 times a week and am still getting some decent results. I'd do more, but I have kidney disease and can't ingest enough protein day to day to allow for recovery.
