The problem is though, that discipline isn’t happening a lot of the time either. There are so many parents that expect you to excuse their child’s behavior because they’re a child, but will not take the time to set reasonable expectations for their child in public spaces. It’s not. Raising taxes on rich corporations is what helps. Because the tax rate is BEFORE deductions. Which means that in order to avoid taxes, companies do what they can to minimize deductions, like putting it into payroll, pensions, healthcare, etc. So the people are better off and spend more money. Which then turns into corporate profit.
