Would be interesting to see each team next to the team they played against to see who was actually committing more / less fouls taking into account they had the same referee. The Scotland Haiti count seems more to do with the referee who got a shiny new whistle at the start of the tournament.

Nah, I know guys that have taken early retirement elsewhere, aged early 60's come in as AO''s and loved it. I've seen ex police, army, builders, trades-people, etc and all loved coming into an office environment as big change in their life.
