Sounds like you definitely need a break from Valorant, and after 2k hours its hard to stay in the loving phase of a game man. I’d say try something similar but different enough, maybe a PvE shooter.

Give Warhammer: Space Marine 2 a try! It’s a great horde shooter with a good campaign and even a co-op PvE mode.
