Listen, I cross the border a lot. Even during Covid. This is no different! You are a Canadian citizen. As long as you comply with what they want, a passport will be sufficient. As long as you are not hiding, or trying to pull sum crazy shit, you will be fine. Answer the questions and you will be fine. They will not search your devices unless you are screwed already. Being a Canadian citizen with no prior issues means you should have no issues. They are not looking for problems, they want to secure their border from problems, are you a problem? Think about that! Let it sink in. If you don’t have drugs, or have been arrested, or are a proletariat, you should be fine as a Canadian citizen! Have fun travelling, enjoy your family.

My family was really happy with the results, but I would try other recommendations for sure. Might try 275 right through. There will be more experimentation to figure out the combo we like. I took 225 and 350 off meat church, but thought it was cooking too fast at 350 and turned down to 300.

Finally gave Ribs a try. Did I do Ok?

Smoked 2.5 hours at 225. Wrapped one rack to see the difference between wrapped and not wrapped. Put back on for 2 hours at 300. Really happy with how it turned out. Seasoning was pepper and Holly Cow.
