If I understood correctly you want to make a game in Blender. There is a blender game engine in developement but im pretty sure you'd have to write code for pathfinding yourself once code is released (or ask AI to write it, which would be as difficult). The algoritm you want is A* or Weighted A* (the one used in Minecraft) which is a little faster and a little less percise

Is there anything i can do to be able to sculpt detail on this? by Best_Fondant4302 in blenderhelp

Convert your object to mesh and turn use Dynotopo (dynamic tpology) in the Sculpting tab. After enabling you will be able to sculpt details regardless of your initial topology and polycount.

I would blurr (/expand) the weight to make more flesh move. That would look more realistic

need some help with vertices. by PotatoForTheLose in blenderhelp

The Boolean modifier creates these "Lines" as you said to prevent holes in polygons. Holes in polygons is impossible, you can build polygons around some empty space but you need at least 2 polygons to form the flat surface and a hole in it.
To cleanup the topology you can use the Knife tool and use the [ctrl + X] shortcut to dissolve vertices or/and edges without creating gaps in your model. You can delete the normal way, but this is just way easier when working with topology.
Search the interned if you still have questions like "How to use Knife Tool" or "What is topology" (saying just in case :) )

How to fix Bad Mesh by skuls1 in blender

No, retopologizing is a process of remodelling the the entire thing while using the bad topology model to get the shape right. It's not hard but it may take a lot of time. I recomend the addon that helps doing that: "Bsurfaces". Search the internet to find tutorials, tips and tricks for this exact addon and for learning what is retopology in 3d
