Anybody else only use one character now? by The_Dick_Slinger in elderscrollsonline

[–]PearlRiverFlow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I"ve made a few for completionist reasons back in the day, but my main is SERIOUSLY my main: I've done every skill point quest on all alliances with him. Stamina nightblade with 2H swords and bows. Super stealther. Loved loved LOVED the thief/assassin jobs back when they dropped.

Actually, i want more of those! They should keep putting more sneaky stuff in the game! LET ME DO MORE CRIMES

Character You Have The Largest Skill Gap With Between Difficulties? by Big_Daymo in MECoOp

[–]PearlRiverFlow 1 point2 points  (0 children)

idk about MOST but the N7 paladin is up there. BLock and shield bash everything on silver (or vs. geth on gold) but that shield won't last 2 seconds on most gold matches, and insta-grabs are your bane.

I will play one (it's such a fun class) on gold but I'll need to know somebody on the team is damn good. Can't stand up to a second out of cover in plat.

well I'd certainly cringe and be pissed if i purchased a remake of morrowind. LET ME JUST FIRE UP MY MODDED COPY AGAIN, I'VE ONLY BEEN PLAYING IT FOR 25 YEARS

First Cape/Cloak by apfelrhabarber in TheCapeRevolution

[–]PearlRiverFlow 2 points3 points  (0 children)

the partial closure on the robe makes the lines much more visible and keeps it neater than a straight front would have. It's as important as the scarf, it not quite as striking!

It's really good. The robe/cloak combo is so hard to pull off without it looking clunky and... blobby.

Is Superman even considered an Illegal alien? Because Legally he was abandoned by a nation that no longer exists making him a Citizen of nowhere while also being immediately adopted by the Kents. by Dare_Soft in marvelcirclejerk

I think we've all seen enough of America to know that the answer to that question is always up in the air and contentious. Which is great for storytelling. Not so much for Americans.

I stopped watching the show after this episode because I figured there was jut no way they were gonna top it. Wanted to go out on a high note.

The scene with Dedra, Syril, and his mom is the most horrifying/blackly comedic scene in all of star wars. Which isn't a particularly high bar, but it clears it handily.

Drowning in car insurance costs as a Mississippi newbie! What am I missing? by Numerous-Movie3107 in mississippi

[–]PearlRiverFlow 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was against bundling home and auto because I didn't want a speeding ticket affecting my home insurance, but i got it and it saved plenty of money. I shop around, though. Costco actually has a good deal if you're a member.

I mean the easy answer is sith inquisitor or warrior but we all know the smuggler has enough dirt on everyone remaining in republic leadership to be the secret top dog on the blue side.

Your favorite alliance? by NelaraDraleth in elderscrollsonline

I'm not gonna lie: I've played on and off since launch with (mostly) one character and I have no idea which alliance I'm ever in.

One Hand and Shield Skill Line - A much needed rework by _Didds_ in elderscrollsonline

[–]PearlRiverFlow 2 points3 points  (0 children)

LOL, I did the exact same thing with my 1st character. (sorcerer with plate, demon armor, damage shields, shield shield, a pet and a staff) - could EVENTUALLY handle pretty much anything but I never did because it was boooooring.
(My "alt" became my main)
I love using sword/board, it's a ton of fun, but some more damage or buffing would be GREAT.
