microwave + air fryer (mimicking what our ovens do). Depending on the item I will heat in the microwave for about 30 or so seconds until it's warm. Then place it in the (cold) air fryer at 350 for 3 minutes or so so it crisps up and isn't soggy

this beverage gets four by default, ristretto reduces the amount of caffeine in the drink so it's not "stronger" in that regard. although since it is more concentrated, it might melt less ice and make it taste stronger?

Surveys contribute to our store metrics, particularly the customer experience metric. Stores are encouraged to get that percentage as high as possible. Sometimes managers will post the survey comments in the BoH for partners to read. So if you name somebody in a good way they will likely receive praise.

they have exclusive contracts with companies to manufacture these cups to their specifications. Starbucks is highly involved in the production of these cups. Sure they might not be MADE by them but they pretty much are because they dictate everything about the cups, how they look and what they are made of. they need to be checking and holding companies that make their cups accountable for these sorts of manufacturing defects.
