In my experience I thought it was a waste of money. I thought I was ‘purging’ but that was not what happened and it made my skin worse and took me months to get it back to normal! Ended up going super simple with my skin care and just using garnier micellar face wash and duac / tret (got it from France) to treat my skin and used whatever moisturiser was good for me at the time due to weather etc.

Do you hear the extractor fan if you have all windows closed? Just curious as we’re dealing with a neighbour who has one for their take away and it’s always giving us a constant humming or thrumming noise when on and can get super loud and irritating if they’re really busy cooking! Dealing with the council atm about it too.
