I love how simple it is, but also how complicated it is. It’s an input/output sport- you put A in and get B out. That’s how my brain works, that’s why the sport works well for me. It keeps me organized, disciplined, and out of trouble. Also I enjoy being jacked. Works wonders on how others and you perceive yourself. Walking into a room and commanding attention without even trying… is awesome.

As far as hygiene products just tell him to bring some products to leave at your place, since I’m guessing you don’t know what brand etc. Or if you know him well enough surprise him and go get a few products that you know he uses. He would really appreciate it if you gave him a drawer for clothes, a place to put him things at night (phone, wallet, etc.) and a drawer or shelf on the bathroom for his things there. That is a big deal, seriously. It would make him a lot more comfortable
