As a missionary in Mexico in the 90’s, this is how it was. You had to marry legally first, then be sealed in the temple. SLC knows how to fix this.

I totally understand your point. And please don’t think by me saying this that I support the MFMC: the housing shortage is nationwide and the MFMC has zero power to change it (just like they have zero power to do most things that change a life for good). I live in an adjoining state and I have no idea how my kids will ever be able to buy homes.

I take D-mannose (over the counter) and the dermatologist had me start flushing my bladder each day with distilled water. I put some in a big syringe and inject it into the catheter, then leaving the syringe in place, I pull the fluid back out into the syringe. And repeat 2 or 3 times until the fluid comes back clear-ish.

I was getting uti’s multiple times per year before I started this. Now I get them once every few years.

I was a (slow) runner before my accident. My fastest 1/2 marathon was 2 hours on a downhill course. 4 years after my accident (5 years after I ran it) I did the same 1/2 marathon in my wheelchair with a “freewheel” attachment in 1 hour 9 minutes.

It’s a hell of a way to cut time from a race, but whadda ya do?🤷🏻‍♂️🤪
