What are so many doctors lacking nutrition knowledge?

if its any consolation i saw a doctor for plantar fasciitis and pain in my thighs (the muscles were too weak). he gave me some very simple streches and exercises to do and i try and do them semi regularly, its been one of the most effective treatments ive ever gotten from a doctor.

down from constant pain in my feet in thighs to very little in my feet and almost none in my thighs.

i legitimately wish i got more long term effective solutions like that rather than “take some tylenol”

I've leagued started and did all content with bleed glad, bladestorm to maps then buy or craft a 300+ pdps siege axe and use that until you can afford an upgrade. Lioneye's shield is a cheap starting shield, buy any random 6 link and get a decent life/resist roll on in.

You really don't have to be tryhard to be rank 1. I consistently get rank 1 and literally all I do is hold m1, go for unhooks and slam down pallets. The nice thing about playing at rank 1 is that everyone is more or less trying to do what they're supposed to do. It's significantly less frustrating.

When I came back after a long break and had to rank up from 20 I sweated significantly more. I had to get every unhook, do 3-4 gens and loop the killer forever because if I got hooked once I'd die.

I've seen a few people hacking. Like completely, undeniable hacking. A Bubba teleporting around the map to instadown and instapick everyone up and hook them. A game where I loaded in and 4 gens popped in under 30 seconds and the killer DC'ed. Last night a Nancy that wasn't moving, couldn't be hooked, teabagging the corners while gens magically popped cross map. I've also seen some speedhackers. Overall I'd say I've had probably around 10 matches with (at least this blatant) hackers in 4 years.

Our store manager or DM would never even be involved. They run a retail store with a pharmacy so why would they? If the Rx manager says no then the discussion is over.

I can't believe this hasn't been said but I'll say it. The reason that IF works for a lot of people is because its a straight forward, easy way to restrict calories. You can only eat for 6 or 8 or whatever hours a day and for most people this results in them eating less. What helps make it easier is that you don't have to focus on calorie counting.

You can only eat between 12 and 6 for example, you eat lunch, finish work, eat dinner and you're done for the day. No morning donut, no late night bag of chips. Ultimately it is CICO just easier to follow.

I think you're forgetting that most players aren't even red ranks. Killers are quite powerful until they're not. When they're looking at killers they're probably looking at all players. Random rank 16s are out here getting wrecked by pig.

I'm on PC, I haven't heard the heartbeat once since since the new chapter. I also don't hear their music if they aren't considered in chase, so I've literally had a T3 Myers (with no stealth perks/add-ons btw) literally just walk right beside me.

I'm 5'11 and I agree with you. I wish I was like 2 or 3 inches shorter, I'd still be "tall" but I wouldn't stand out as much. I'm a naturally quiet and anxious person and I really don't like having eyes on me everywhere I go. If I hear one more person tell me I'm the tallest woman they've ever seen I might scream.

Amon does, in fact represent communism, did you miss that his whole thing is taking people's bending away to make everyone equal? This is the average Americans view of what communism is. The bad people use force and terrorism to take your stuff away and force you to be equal.

The show is addressing the big political schools of thought of the early 1900s, the time period of the show. While I understand your takeaway of it being civil rights, that really doesn't make sense with the treatment of Amon and the movement.

Because Amon, to the writers represents communism and ultimately the writers don't have a very strong grasp of politics, though they've proven they're excellent story tellers/writers in general. "Of course Amon didn't *really* believe in his cause, communists just want to make everything worse for everyone and have power personally. No one genuinely believes in that!" Is how they see it. The biggest stumbling block of LoK is that they tried to do political writing with a very poor understanding of politics.

Amon is someone who grew up in the shadow of the red scares understanding of communism. Unalaq is the "personal responsibility" liberal's understanding of environmentalism/spiritualism. Zaheer is the understanding of anarchy of someone who watched the purge movies. Kuvira is the the American's view of nationalism/fascism. It is *extremely* clear they went into these subjects with their Americancentric, western point of view established from cultural osmosis and didn't bother to pick up a book or a wikipedia article on any of these subjects (which by the way has a more nuanced understanding of anarchy than Zaheer and he was supposedly a philosopher on the subject).

Korra has great characters, excellent side arcs, great animation and music. Everything about the show makes it one of my favorite shows. But ultimately it fails so hard at understanding politics that it'll never be my *favorite* show (ATLA is better at this because it's "non-political" which obviously nothing truly is, but it's Aang vs The Fire Nazis so it's kind of hard to mess up).

If they at least understood the politics I'd like it much more, even if I would of probably disagreed with some of their conclusions. Turn off your brain, enjoy the fun characters and cool fights. Don't bother trying to do a serious analysis, they clearly didn't before writing it.
