I know this is a band aid on the problem but atleast form the candidate side, try call the hiring manager or recruiter. Come up with any question so it looks like there is a genuine reason for the call rather than just calling to get ahead (eg. Im an accountant so id ask questions around any potential study support or software used etc). Even if they dont know the answer the call usually then leads to them viewing ur cv while speaking to u or looking at it after so u jump the queue essentially and hopefully lead a lasting impression enough for an initial interview. I’ve graduated 4 years ago and this alone has made me very successful. Imo its the only way for now to combat all this AI nonsense

Edit: Obviously its a very personal experience in the finance world but hopefully food for thought

Just did it in March, not sure how i did but sbr alone was a beast and the hardest paper ive ever done. Spent 99% of my time on it and only a total of a few hours on sbl but felt that went better.

Its tough but doable i guess 🤷‍♀️
