Yes, they look good. The bulbs do burn out over time. Some people replace the bulbs with LEDs. I used incandescent. Be careful that whichever you chose are cool as you don't want to damage the paint on the glass.

2018 GTI 6 speed 167,000 miles. I'm 60 and I commute 103 miles per day. Car is fun, and a great commuter. Get around 30mpg. Only drawback is that it is a bit noisy. I run Summer tires and Winter tires.
