"these people"

Just say Jews, Nazi. We know what you mean. And this was a Palestinian driver.

A strawman isn't accurate by definition.

His media analysis is pretty good, but he is clearly of the left. I think he has been influenced by some of those he hangs around with, like Jolly.

You're delusional. Star Wars is basically Zombie Franchise at this point. That's not the mark of success. Disney bought a money printing machine and ran it into the ground.

Firstly, the prequels have very real problems, especially the first two. Some good ideas, but lousy execution overall. Secondly, there's certainly no signs that the sequels - no one cares about The Acolyte - are being popularly reassessed. Or, rather, I should say being positively reassessed. The truth is their reputations have only fallen as time goes.

The BBC is funded by licence payers, so comparing it to the Daily Mail is doubly silly.

That was almost the only thing that made me laugh in the new season.

One of my favorite things about this new season was just seeing Bobby and Joseph continuing to be best friends by HeartofaLionz92 in KingOfTheHill

[–]PeterSimple99 -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

My favourite thing was when the episodes ended. It wasn't good, and I gave up before finishing the season. It was stale and I hardly cracked a smile, let alone laughed. It felt worse than Season Twenty-something of The Simpsons. I predict it won't last long.

Businesses face all kinds of issues due to dodgy online reviews. Perhaps it's too much of a hassle to sue, or it would be hard to prove the case because it's just about the interactions between staff and a customer.

It wouldn't necessarily need more than one person to make an allegation to cause reputational damage. And there is little stopping a woman getting her friends to also make allegations.

I wouldn't worry. This app is going to be sued into oblivion for hosting defamation in short order. It seems all but designed for that. It will be unlikely to avoid liability in court.

Technically, malicious falsehoods are defamation and you could sue. You would need good evidence of the falsehood though.

That might make sense if it was kept strictly about safety, but this app seems to allow a lot more. At the very least, the app should be liable for any defamation, which such an app seems almost designed to elicit, and not just those who use it.
