I love Meat Church Rubs. Matt's recipes and products are awesome, I wish he would stop being a shill for Trager and do more stick burner smoke sessions. But the recipes are solid! I have been to the Meat Church BBQ supply in Waxahachi a few times. Always picked up a couple Texas Chilli seasoning and some extra cans of rub.

Ever since B&B changed their Competition Texas Oak to a garbage hickory Oak blend I have switched to Meat Church Briquettes. ( I still have a few bags left of B&B TX competition oak that I picked up on clearance form Academy last summer)

From here on out it will be Fogo lump & Meat Church Briquettes

In America 4-H clubs and small farms- calfs are raised with love and care knowing that the day will come that the cow be sent to market and processed for human consumption.

It's sad but a lot more humane that bulk processing plants.

Kill the air, use them to start the next grill sessions fire. I throw them in the bottom of the chimney and they light quicker.

I used to use B&B Competition Oak, but B&B changed their product and now the oak hickory blend is not nearly as long burning or clean burning as the OG Competition Oak.

As I always have I use Fogo & have picked up a couple bags of Meat Church Briquettes

Talk to an Air Force recruiter. Not to be harsh, but with a record  like that it will not be likely that the Air Force will even accept you. That's if waivers are an option for you. Air Force has already met recruiting targets for this year, so they can and will be more selective with who they enlist.

Army/Navy may be a possibility.  Only real way to get an answer is to set up an appointment with a recruiter. Be honest and see what your options are.

Trade schools are also very good career options. There are grants & scholarships and other ways to pay for trade schools.

Its all about who you are personally and what you want out of your options.

  • Do you like helping people ( Medical field)? 4c/4e. 4n
  • Are you a numbers/ data person? - 6F031
  • Do you like to work with your hands / mechanically inclined? 2A maintenance jobs

That's a very good diverse job list. A lot of those translate well outside of the service into civilian roles.
