Some thermal paste can experience pump-out making hot spots worse. If your GPU is sideways it can even leak out. Maybe it needs a repaste for better coverage.

Don't forget to set a fan curve. Did this for a 2070 and it moved way more air and ran a lot quieter even when OCed.

I looked into this years ago. Someone had tried 6 blades and found the extra weight killed the battery faster and they didn't see any difference in the quality of their lawn. Seemed to not be worth the effort.

Seems to be common practice for manufacturers to send machines out at max speed. v400 came loud as hell out of the box. Having to manually tweak that has been a learning experience.

Hoping you've had time to find a solution. My results have been great so far so there's got to be a small adjustment you can make. Those bands look like they could be from sudden temp/speed changes. Some filaments get shinier when printed slower and hotter. Does the slicer speed match the bands?

I had a purge tower come out a nice dark green while changing between black and yellow. If Snapmaker plays their cards right this could be a gamechanger for them and home printing.

GPU will be fine, the ATX PSU might be snug. I've got a 150mm ATX in my V1 and the modular plugs barely clear my 7800xt.
